1 Introduction & Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the okbij platform and the user ("you" or "member"). okbij provides online casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.
Key terms used in this document are defined as follows:
- "Platform" — The okbij website (okbij.lat) and all its services.
- "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on okbij or is using its services.
- "Wager" or "Bet" — Participating with money in any game or sports event.
- "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in your account (bonus and real money are tracked separately).
- "Bonus" — Free additional funds or benefits provided by okbij, withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use okbij's services, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age ("For 21+ only").
- You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
- You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account registered in your own name.
- You are participating in online gaming voluntarily and knowingly.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion or external restriction.
3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. okbij may at any time request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC).
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are supported on okbij:
- bKash — Mobile banking
- Nagad — Digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
- Upay — UCB mobile banking
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
To make a withdrawal, your account must be verified and any wagering requirements associated with a bonus on your deposited funds must be completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
okbij offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳2,000 in bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will not be added to the real balance until the wagering requirement is met.
- okbij reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is proven (e.g. multiple accounts), the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Valid Betting
All betting on okbij is conducted at the member's own discretion and decision. The platform does not guarantee the outcome of any bet. All game results are governed by an independently operated random number generator (RNG).
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error in any game produces an abnormal result, okbij reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. No claims will be accepted in such cases.
6.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports — results depend on the official result of the relevant event. okbij's rules apply in the case of cancelled or suspended events.
7 VIP Program & Rewards
okbij's VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and additional benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
VIP tier advancement depends on the member's overall activity. okbij does not publish specific turnover thresholds, but regular and active members have the opportunity to be promoted to higher tiers. Cashback is credited on Monday evenings according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbij platform:
- Fraudulently collecting or abusing bonuses.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using another person's identity documents or payment details.
- Placing bets using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Any attempt to influence game outcomes.
- Money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
- Attempting unauthorized access to okbij's servers or network.
- Harassing or causing harm to other members.
9 Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by okbij
okbij reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for reasonable cause. This includes violations of the terms, suspicion of fraud, and failure to cooperate with the verification process.
9.2 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. The request must be sent via live chat or to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (real funds with completed wagering) before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability
okbij is not responsible for the following:
- Financial losses resulting from the member's own betting decisions.
- Bets voided due to internet disconnection or device issues.
- Delays caused by technical problems with third-party payment providers.
- Losses caused by the member providing incorrect information.
- Force Majeure events — natural disasters, government orders, etc.
okbij always uses SSL encryption and secure payment processes to protect user data, but it is not possible to guarantee that all cybersecurity risks are eliminated.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
Detailed guidelines on how okbij collects, stores, and uses your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.
Your information — name, contact details, and financial transaction history — is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and preventing fraud. Personal information is not sold to third parties.
12 Changes to Terms
okbij reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or live chat. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
